Terms And Conditions

RETAIN YOUR TICKETS at all times.  Movie staff may request your ticket at anytime, for any reason.

NO REFUNDS.   The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or insist your removal from the site
at any time.

Fireworks of any and all kinds are not allowed on the property.  No BBQ?s

Dispose of all litter in the bins provided or please take litter home with
you.

Responsible, common sense behaviour is required of all customers,regardless
of age. Children who pose problems of any kind may be required to remain in their
vehicle unless accompanied by a parent or supervising adult.

Stewards are on site to ensure your health & safety - please adhere to any instructions. Obscene language or profanity WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

PARKING GUIDELINES
The speed limit is 5mph

Drivers enter and park at the venue at their own risk. 

All 4x4?s must be parked in their designated area

Alcohol is available on site but organisers do not advise drivers to drink as in any other
circumstances.  Organisers do not except any responsibility for irresponsible drinking and alcoholic
consumption and will insist on the removal from the site of any persons causing any distress to others
around them. 

Our screen is large and easy to see, and there's usually plenty of room for all. The center section of our field is reserved for cars. Small vehicles are not allowed in areas reserved for large ones, and vice-versa. Movie staff have final say over where a vehicle may be parked, so that we may make best use of the field. Consideration will be given to "early birds" where possible. However, there may be cases where we may ask you to move. If you are unhappy with your parking situation and we can not reasonably accommodate you, we'll be happy to refund your admission, provided you request one before the show starts.

Liftgates, hatchbacks & other doors MAY NOT BE RAISED higher than the top
of the vehicle. This helps prevent your vehicle from blocking the view of the person
behind you.

The stewards and authorities instructions are final and when you enter the site you
are agreeing to adhere to their directions .

For safety reasons, please check all occupants of your party are securely inside
your vehicle before moving your vehicle when leaving the Movie. a short

disturb other patrons.  they may not bl

 In the event of an emergency you must follow instructions given by the organisers and emergency        services.
